His background includes international expansion, multi-unit operations, operational transformation, executive leadership, mergers, technology implementation and organizational scaling.

He has helped open more than 200 locations across multiple continents, led one of America's largest home-based veterinary platforms through rapid growth and complex transformation, and today advises ambitious businesses on execution, AI adoption and operational excellence.
